How lucky I was that my good friend Sara (who lived in my apt building in SF) and her husband came through town on Monday on their way to Puerto Rico (can't wait to see those great vacation photos!). And how well-timed that we happened to be off work that day for the end of Passover?! We had a great day, adventuring around Atlanta - Highland Bakery (we rolled out of that place), walking around the Highlands (some shopping was involved - sorry, Trent!), a drive through Atlantic Station, a visit to the "homesite" so they could see where we will be living in a few months. A great day and fortunately the weather held out for us!
The day finished up with a great meal at Murphy's where Bill was able to join us after a long day juggling balls (literally - playoffs are right around the corner) and keeping the machine going at Turner.
A nice, warm day in April - have I convinced Sara with the thoughts of warm weather runs year-round to move here from cold New England? Sara and Trent, you know you always have room here in Atlanta whenever you want to visit!
