"Let's walk already. Enough of the photos!"Well, we finally did it... There is a new member of our family and she is big and furry. This is the same puppy that I fell in love with at the Humane Society a number of weeks ago, and who was still there waiting for a loving home when we went back last weekend.
We brought Layla home with us on Sunday and have been having a great time getting to know her. She is such a good dog and hasn't been so difficult to train, but our mornings are now much easier and much of our converssation now revolves around potty talk, walks, and obedience training.
Layla is just a little over 4 months and is not the smallest puppy. Part Newfoundland and part Irish Wolfhound (two of the largest breeds), Layla won't be taking after my side of the family!
