We had a great time in Myrtle Beach this past weekend, visiting my cousin Bret who is the announcer for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans minor league baseball team. It was so nice to have so much of the family together - Bret's parents, his sister/my cousin Rachel and her husband and son, my parents, and Bill and I all drove in for the weekend. We rented a great beach house just a few short blocks from the beach and enjoyed a terrific late-summer beach getaway.
