Well, I'm not quite making cakes, but I made a banana bread last weekend and just whipped together a pumpkin bread this evening. I'm discovering a whole new (calm!) hobby in baking (sure makes the house smell good!)! Ok, so I've only made these from the box mix so far, but for me and my cooking history, not so bad... I'm actually enjoying it quite a bit (don't hyperventilate, Mom)!
I think zucchini bread might be next...
