Pre-graduation celebration
Layla's graduation classIt was a week filled with graduations! First, my cousin Alex graduated from high school here in Atlanta. It was so nice to have all of the family together - both of his grandmothers, his uncle, and his aunt (my mom). Graduation on Tuesday and then a big 18th birthday today. Lots to celebrate! Happy Birthday, Alex!
Last night was the big dog obedience class graduation. I can't say we studied a smuch as we could have, or quite did all of our homework over the past 6 weeks, but our puppy passed! She was able to do all six of her "skills" (sit, down, heel, stay, wait, come), although some needed a little extra prodding with a treat. Anything for food... We took a class photo afterwards, which I promise will be posted soon!
